ABOUT  THE  SPEAKER

Ramakrishna Dutt is a serial entrepreneur, with nearly 15 years of business experiences. RK is a postgraduate in Engineering, specializing in Computer Science.

 

RK started his career in early 90’s by starting a venture called Quasar International, focusing on inorganic chemicals. Since then, until he founded Quasar Innovations in 2000, RK was involved in c founding and growing two more entities focusing on BPO business.

 

RK’s approach is steady and moves with the industry trend and has a firm grip on technology and process. He started specializing in Wireless Terminal Design, with emphasis on handset development and network management.  His flat organization and total focus to patents and cutting edge solution has got him some of the best talents to achieve the corporate vision, with minimum employee turnover.  RK believes this is the greatest asset he has built in the past five years; an enviable pool of technology talents.

 

RK founded Quasar Innovations in 2000. Quasar innovations, offers turnkey contract manufacturing services to the handset and terminal device market. The company has achieved an impressive year on year growth since its inception.   • World Information Society Day is celebrated on17th May 2007. In this respect the ITU foundation
    wishes to organize this talk along with CSI-BC and wishes to open its Bangalore Chapter
  • The youth as a development community as well as a user community.
  • The Theme of the talk is as spelt by the Secretary General of the International Telecom Union, Geneva (a part of the United Nations) for the " World Information Society Day ” which is on 17th May 2007. The Secretary General has given importance to the Youth as they are the major drivers & Consumers of Telecom & IT.
